Day 1

Real talk. My ideal job would include being a founding member of a cooperative cultural center. I would love to help run a space where art, music, learning, and community building can happen. I would love it if that place had a garden and a kitchen I could work in as well. In a way, I do that now, but on a volunteer basis and in the spare time that seems increasingly sparse lately.

I would love to have work-life balance be a large part of the cooperative. What would this look like? Limited hours that would allow us all to carry out the mission of the space while having time for our own projects, quality time with loved ones, and self-care.
